i cannont log into my online account

when i try to log in to see my online account i get the error message

  • this has been happening for a few weeks now i want to login to the account as i am due an upgrade
  • is they anyway of sorting this problem out please i am 100% sure i am using the correct details

Could you let me know when was the last time you successfully logged in to My Account? Have you cancelled any numbers or had a number change associated with your account since your last log in? If so these will affect how you log in to the account.

Hi Simon I Have not been able to log into it for around 3weeks now have no change to my phone or numbers just logged in when I was due an upgrade and since then there has been this problem

I am having the same problem - I have tried logging in...  error mesage, resetting password... login error still, sending an Email via the website.. even that gave an error message. Finally tried a direct Email, had an automatic reply, but not had any help even after the promised 24 hours, so now trying here!

 

Please can someone fix this problem as I cannot access my account and I don't think I am alone.

 

To be honest, I have been less than impressed with the Vodafone website for sometime - you really must try and get the basics working.
