iPhone 4s Tethering

I used to have an iPhone 3g and the web team very kindly arranged for my 1,000 mb data allowance to change to 500 PLUS 500 tethered data See post 6 of http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Apple/Tethering/m-p/856429#M36715

Again the web team recently assisted me to upgrade to the 4S on the same plan.

BUT I now find my data has changed to just 500mb with no tethering.

Please can I have my tethering allowance back.

Thanks

Re: iPhone 4s Tethering

Hi rwhitetlc,

As James mentions in that post, our newest price plans, such as those available with the iPhone 4S, have tethering built into the data allowance, so if you have one of these you don't need the extra pack to use it.

So we can confirm everything is in place for you and see exactly which plan you have, I'll pop you a PM.

Thanks I look forward to the PM. (Where will I find it??)

My concern was because I emailed Vodafone Customer services and they replied as follows:

Hello -----,

Thank you for contacting Vodafone Customer Services.

I can understand your concern in regards with tethering charges.

I reviewed your account and can see that tethering is not included in your price plan. If you use the tethering services you will be charged for the same.

I trust this helps.
Kind regards,
