i had lost my job and couldnt afford to pay my bill, i am now in a position where i can pay it yet i cant get hold of voda??? i cant dial 191 to pay it and i dont have any other phone. i filled in the online reg form and the reply was to call but i cant!!

All i want to do is pay cant you unblock my phone to call me so i can make payment?

If you cannot call 191 due to the restriction on your account, you can easily call from an alternative phone, you will be able to find all the contact us numbers from the website.

Alternatively, call into a Vodafone store and you can call and pay the bill by card from there.

no its not usefull, as ive said above this is the only phone i have and i cant make ANY calls to pay it

Short of waiting for a voda bod to come on (they work first come first served), your only other option is to go into a store then...you can pay by card only, not cash though

There is always the good old fashioned pay phone, you can find one in most major supermarkets, post offices and shopping centres.

If you are in a town where there is a Vodafone store, pop in and use the store phone. 

The most important thing is to get the bill paid and get your service back. The Tech Team would be unable to take a bill payment, you really do need to make that call.

I need to pay my bill aswell but only have the cash and they do not accept this in store does anybody know the sort code and account number needed to be able to pay at the bank ???

By BACS - our sort code for BACS payments is 20-00-00 and our account number is30830208. Please enter your account number and name as a reference.
