Sorry wasnt sure where to ask this question.
I set up an online account quite a while ago but have never been able to access it properly as it always says my phone number is not valid.
I have registered again today as still couldnt log in and when I ask for password recovery I never receive an email, but now i have reregistered it says I need to give authorisation for myself to use the account, when i click the link to accept it does nothing and says web page not available.
I just rang to see if i can get it sorted but got told there is a technical problem with the phone lines.
Starting to get very frustrating as i only want to view my usage and bill.

I had a problem like this before, when I first signed up to Vodafone for mobile use.
I already had a mobile broadband account and all my online activity goes under the phone number for that.
Any chance you have a second number for another service with them?

I understand this can be very frustrating not being able to go online and manage your account, and as you have tried the options of forgot your password and even to the extent of re-registering I would like to look at the account closer for you.
