I've been trying for days to access my account online but I keep getting a message saying there is a problem. Looking at other forums it seems my account may be locked. Can someone please contact me to unlock it?

I hope this is the right place, I thought it would make more sense than making a new thread. 

I only made my vodafone account yesterday and now today im getting this error" Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp " upon trying to log in or even when i click the account button to access the logging in page. 

Just wanted to check if it was just me or a coding issue. Also My cache and such has all been cleared this morning so i doubt its that. 

Any help would be appreciated.

It’s great to see that you’ve already tried clearing your cache and cookies. Please can you also try accessing this in another browser?

MarkShepherd48, I’m sorry to see you’ve lost your SIM card.

Don’t worry though, you can pick one up in your local Vodafone store, call 191 to order a new one or follow the instructions on the PM I’ve sent you and one of our team will be able to get one sent.
