I bought a blackberry bold 9900 from a vodafone store in November 2011 (3 months ago), and I need require a copy of the receipt of purchase.
I have contacted the store, and shockingly they directed me to the online department.
I have tried calling customer service, but noone seems to understand how to get this copy.
I have also sent an email to ccare.webmails@help.vodafone.co.uk (altho that was only done about an hour ago)
Can you please help with getting this copy, or at least advise on how to proceed with requesting for one?
Yours
Edo

If you bought in store you should have the paperwork you signed on the day along with the till receipt?
Failing that if you can ascertain the date it was purchase on, they should be able to get a copy from their records quite easily...

Thanks guys,
Without being sarcastic, I obviously know that the store is should be my first point of contact.
In my initial post, I mentioned that I have already been there, and they were unable to help.
I have lost my original copied which is why I am in search of a duplicate copy.
I have now sent a mail as directed by James, and I hope this would help resolve this.
