Hi, just started a new contract with vodaphone after being with o2 for years. Just got my number transferred, and now I want to set up an account on the website to view my usage etc. When i text 'account postcode' to 97886 i get that dreaded message "Sorry, you're not eligible to upgrade your vodaphone account online at the moment...". I was hoping things were going to be easy but vodaphone are already getting on my nerves!
