what a nitemare vodafone chat

only wanted to know direct debits since jan 12 as think ive been overcharged an hour and 3/4 later still no joy im not happy as supposed to been credited and havent!!!!!

Your issue is going to be account specific, but can you view your bills online, this would maybe help you get to the bottom of it and reconcile these to your bank statements
