Hi JaneLittle3 and welcome to the eForum

Could you elaborate a little as to what problem you are having? What are you trying to do/what part of the website are you trying to access?

Thanks

Wayne

Hi RobNorwichUK,

I logged the post you made this morning, here, to be looked at by the team. So that we don't duplicate information, we'll only respond on the linked thread.

Re: whats up with your website (Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

I'm not too good with forum things so apols if this is a duplicate, I cannot access my account info either, using i.e & firefox, history & cookies all cleared still get message: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

If not resolved by end of play today, bye bye vodafone - been down for several days now.

Re: whats up with your website (Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

Hey guys,

Thanks to each of you for your posts.

This doesn't appear to be a generic issue as I've just been able to log in to my own online account without issue.

So we can help with getting this fixed I've sent all three of you a PM which can be accessed here. If you could follow the instructions in the PM and send us your details one of the team will be with you as soon as they can.

Cheers,

Lee

I'm getting the same error with Firefox, which is my browser of choice. If I use IE, it works fine, but I want to use Firefox.

Please advise,

Thanks.

Hi,
I'm also getting the same problem. I'm using i.e and have cleared history and cookies.
I made the account yesterday and still have only been able to log in once.

Re: whats up with your website (Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

Hi sb2012 and tessallan2018,

Can you each confirm that you each have the latest version of your respective web browsers and if other alternative browsers work OK once you clear the cache and cookies again? I've sent each of you a Private Message so if you've done the above and confirmed a response, feel free to get in touch using the instruction in your inbox. You can find your PM inbox here. :smileywink:

Cheers, Ben

Unable to login to my vodafone online account

Hi,

I managed to lock my account and had a CS rep unlock it and reset the password, but when I login to My Vodafone I get the following error:

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

Is there a problem with the website?

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp - Issue as well

Hello Team,

I'm trying to log onto the web portal.  I've tried multiple machines, multiple OS, multiple browsers and they all have the same - "Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp"

I'm making the assumption it's not me that has the issue... and perhaps something with my account or with the portal its self?

Many thanks,

Jason
