We have recently performed a number of updates to our website and the online account area.
If you are experiencing latency issues please can you clear your cache and cookies and also test this in a different browser.

i have tested it on 4 different computers all different browsers, and i still can not view minutes used or unbilled charges, vodafone phoned me the other day and reduced my tariff by £5 per month, but when i call 191 for the free text of mins left it says i have o mins left from 30 mins and no texts left, i get 100 mins a month and unlimited texts, so am baffled now

This information will show this because you have changed price plan. Once your next bill is generated it will return to normal. With regards to your My Account information though, I’ll send you a private message explaining how you can get in contact with us so that we can look at this further for you.
