i was billed in nov11 for 154 pounds i tried to contact you no replys could not get through so i susspended my dd. Next thing my phone was cut off. said you had sent emails about me using 0 premium rate number 0800 0845 somthing which would cost abou 2.00 pund normally. i pay on time always i really want to leave vodaphone hopefully end of contract august. terrible customer service. pass this to your ceo

So let me get this straight! You run up a high bill, cancel your direct debit and refuse to pay it, but its Vodafone that are the crooks?

08 type numbers cost between 35p and 75p per minute on mobiles depending on the service so if you call these then you can expect a high bill.

This is not Vodafones fault really is it?

The worst thing you can do is cancel a DD as you can now expect the debt to be passed on if not paid as soon as possible. A recommendation for you would be to pay the owed off and speak with Vodafone to find out what the charges are and see if they can be explained.

i.e. did you make the calls to the 0800/08** numbers and if so you are now educated that these do not come out of your allowance.

But i am sure you would not want this to affect your credit rating..

 

additionally you could always add the bundle to call 08 numbers to your plan if you are going to call them often
