Data doesn't work even with 4G reception

Hi there

 

I have a sharer plan with 4 sims. One of the sims does not receive any data, even though the phone has 4G signal.

 

There is no problem with allowace allocation.

 

I have tried changing sim cards, network reset, changed operator from the carrier option and back to vodafone as well as carried out a reset of the phone.

 

Other sims work on the phone but this sim does not receive data on other phones. I have obtained a new sim from Vodafone and yet the problem persists.

 

Have spent many many many hours with Vodafone on 191 techincal support. 

 

For a techonology company they are shockinginly unable to resolve a technical issue or communicate properly.

 

Any suggestions?
