I'm having a similar problem whereby I've ported my number across and can dial out but am unable to receive calls or texts. Are you able to help me?
I've been in touch with your 'Live Team' about 20 times since last Tuesday. They have clearly been no use at all.
This is completely unacceptable, I have been without a functioning number for nearly as week.
Same problem here! Can't receive calls and texts since 13th Jan., customer service is useless, I need this problem solved immediately!
I've the same issue since 31 of January! Signed with Vodafone for the first time after 5 years with O2.. Such disappointment !!! Please help to get back my number !
Thanks a lot for your quick feedback. I finally went to the shop where I bought my phone and my salesperson called the portable team himself after that, by the end of the day, I started to receive phone calls and able to send/receive text messages.
I have the same problem - I've had my number ported today and cannot receive calls or messages, although I can dial out and surf internet etc on 3G/4G
