Other on phone bill?

What is included in the other costs on your monthly phone bI'll?  I keep going over my contract amount because of these extra charges and I have no way of stopping it as I don't know what it is.

This could be charges for any minutes, texts or data used which exceed or are not included in your monthly allowance.

mms text messages.

I.e.

extra data.

Extra minutes.

Extra Texts.

Subscriptions.

i.e. Out-of-bundle or extra usage charges

You should be able to view these on My Vodafone, under itemised usage.

Customer Services on 191 will be able to officially clarity what they are.

How much does it cost for calls, texts and data?

If you go through your online account, any out of bundle charges will be itemised.  If you still need clarification, live chat will go through the bill with you and explain the charges.
