What is the percentage RPI increase?

I have been reading that it is supposed to be 2.6%. However Vodafone has quoted 3.2% to me.

Hi,

https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/costs/rpi/

"2017 RPI changes.

The RPI figure published in January 2017 is 2.5%. If you’re on a Business Premier plan that started after 6 June 2016, you’ll see this change from your April bill.

The RPI figure published in March 2017 is 3.2%. If you’re on a Pay monthly contract taken out on or after 5 May 2016 or a Mobile Broadband contract taken out on or after 28 September 2016 (including upgrades) you’ll see this change from your April bill.

Thanks.

So they have decided to use different RPI for Personal compared to Business.

Not really complaining but on all my 4 lines, there is no RPI Iincrease? Got text on all four lines informing of increase of £0.86.

@Getafix

These charges will start to show on your future bills.

If you'd like us to take a look into these, please let us know and we'll be in touch.

Thanks.

Just seen it, as other charge on my last bill.

So question is why is it showing as Other Charge?

Should the Tariff not be changed as that is what it says in T&Cs?
