Sim swap / upgrade

Hi,

Wonder if someone can help.

I have 2 contacts with my wife and I am forever going over my 10GB allowance, but she has 30GB and she never goes into 5GB.  

Is there any way we can switch allowances?

Hi @tomdgorman

If you mean swapping allowances between contracts and SIM cards, this won't be possible. Each contract has it's own terms and upgrade date. 

If you need an allowance more suitable for your needs until upgrade time, Customer Services will be able to help.

Would it be a massive task just to swap sim cards and update everyone of the mobile number change around ?
