Unable to log onto the Vodafone 'Oracle' portal due to 'mixed content'

This has been an ongoing issue for several months now. Whenever I try to log on to the Vodafone 'Oracle' portal my browser just goes to a blank screen once the log on button has been clicked. This happens in Chrome, Explorer and Edge. I am able to load the landing page using Firefox (albeit slowly) but there is no information on the page, it just says "unfortunately your request cannot be processed", and when I try to access anything from the 'My Account' drop down menu the page 404s.

 

When I look at the errors the browser has encounted it tells me that the portal is trying to load mixed content.

 

Can you please advise how to rectify this as the problem occurs on our whole network, and I have been informed by others that they are experiencing the same issues in other locations, suggesting the issue is not our end.
