i am no longer with vodafone, but i am paying of arrears of £100 at £10 a month to pastdue credit..  i went onto my credit file today and it states that i owe nearly £300  can anyone shed any light as to why it says this and how to get it adjusted the arrears have never been more than 100

You can check in with Vodafone via their Live Chat or by phoning from a working Vodafone SIM card using 191 or by their Vodafone Landline Tel :03333040191

Or if this originally escalated to a Debt Recovery Agent then you'll need to speak to them. 

Do you have any relevant paperwork to show the cost. Look for any fee's that may have been added. 

 

One of the Credit Houses would also be able to give advice and help.
