Login: Page Not Found

I get this page when I try to login to My Vodafone.  I've cleared all Vodafone related cookies but that doesn't fix it.  I have had this issue regularly and it is very annoying.

I have no limits on my account as far as I can see but I can't successfully buy anything on the Google Play store and charge to my Voda account. Is there a setting I need to look for on my account or is it not possible?
