Hi can I just ask, I was sent an email from the web team and replied to it, but that was over 3 weeks ago, why haven't I had any phone calls yet?
Try sending a text to ########### (Removed) with your full name and when you're available.

I see that Matt quickly removed the number from the above post.
Hopefully that is a sign that it has at least been read, and that you will be contacted again by the web team very shortly.
It is usually only a few days (at the most) before they get in touch, and if not a post on here will usually produce the desired result.

I'm not too pleased with Vodafone today! I received a text stating I was eligible for an early upgrade and called vodafone to see what's on offer only to be told by the operator that I could not upgrade on the phone or in a shop until 24th June which is next week. He did say I could upgrade online though!
I went online and selected the Galaxy S2 and was shocked that the price was so high. It was way above a what a new customer was being offered and out of sight of competitors like Three mobile etc. I called vodafone again and the new operator said I would have to wait until July for a better deal but would not state what that would be! He also said I could send an email and terminate my contract if I wished!! Great!
I pointed out that if I terminated my contract and paid up til sept when my 24mth contract ends that it would still be cheaper to take a deal with a different company. He did'nt seem to care about this and again told me to email.
I also stated that I had been with vodafone since my first NEC P100 nearly 20 years ago and I have 4 sims on contract and again this made no difference!
It seems that loyalty means nothing any more and it's a cutthroat business. Best to shop around and get the best deal with whoever is offering!
What a shame!
