I recieved an email saying my order has been despatched, on the 19/05/11, in the email it said, 'You should receive your order by 6pm the next working day. ' And it hasnt arrived, its now saturday so am i going to recieve on monday?

Also how do i get a tracking number for ParcelForce?

vodafone don't use parcelforce thay use dpd.
have you phoned vodafone to find out when it will arrive ?

Have to agree with tonytango, every delivery I've had from VF has been via DPD, not Parcel Force.

i dont even know where my parcel is, i didnt even get a tracking number, it said i should of got it yesterday before 6pm and that didnt happen. So when will i get it?

According to a vodafone representitive 'James' for orders made online it will normally be parcel force and for those made over the phone it will usually be DPD.

You are 100% correct in saying, online orders do get sent out by Parcelforce, where orders over the phone get sent out by DPD.

I would imagine that your phone will be delivered tomorrow now, but the best way to check what the tracking number is, is by contacting the V-Store, as this team will have access to the order.
