Hi

Having been informed by a friend that ICS was available via Kies and his install was fine after 36 hours I downloaded it on Thursday Night.

I didnt do a factory reset after installing or back up, my bad!  I had never done any rooting of the phone before hand, jsut all legit upgrades etc

Yesterday (saturaday) evening when switching on my wifi the phone froze.  I rebooted and got a 'Tw Loader has stopped working' dialog box - first time I saw this (I have hd the phone 10 months).

I rebooted many times and still get the same dialog and my phone displays all the icons but I cant click on them or the Applications tab.

I have now backed up my vids/pics and contacts as my phone shows up as a USB option so what do  Ido?

How do a Factory Data Reset when I cant actually naviagte round my phone?

PS

I installed Chrome Beta and Google Current after upgrade and used Chrome quite a bit yesterday.  All other apps were there before

You need to put the phone into recovery mode, to do this turn the phone of wait for it to completely shut down.
now press the volume up/+ and home button at the same time then press the power button until the Samsung logo shows let go of the power button then the home button then the volume up and it should go into recovery use the power button to select and the volume up and down to navigate,clear the cashe then do a factory reset this will take a phew mins to do

Yeah, igoogled after I posted this and found a youtube vid. It has worked so far!
