There two ways
One voids all warranty's
And that is to root your phone
Two is to debrand
but as Vodafone has dropped the 360 then i can see them on the next update removing this
Debranding Voids your Vodafone warrenty
It does not void your samsung warrenty as its a Samsung Rom
But i thought 2.3.5 the 360 stuff had been dropped ???
what Rom are you on now ????

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Delete all the unecessary Vodafone Apps. Or, hold down the icon and if a small x appears, just hit that and it should get rid of them for you. Thats what I've done and they are all gone. No need to do anything stupid to void the warranty.

This is called Bloatware
This used to be very bad but it can very from phone to phone
