Ok, Think a mod is going to have to look at this. Got an upgrade eventually. Problems with first phone HTC Sensation so got Samsung Galaxy S2 (very nice) happy with phone. My account has been set up incorrectly on the system and has been changed 3 times now and it is still incorrect!!

Ben will sort it, and it is a shame that they don't get it right first time it boils down to training it seams like all the good ones are in other departments and they take some finding When its sorted can you please put a solved on the thread when ben sorts it.

What can i say except many thanks. The mods on here provide excellent service and solved my problems. The support we get on here from them shows they care.
