MMS Problem

I was cut off last month and since I was reconnected MMs won't send they just sit saying 'sending'.

I have been on the phone to vodafone all weekend and reset the settings as instructed and still nothing.

Really frustrated, as I pay for a MMS bundle that I currently can't use!!! Anyone help?!

Hi mlh141281,

As you were cut off, have you been able to connect to the internet on the phone through the Vodafone network since you have been re-connected?

 

If you cannot access the internet through the phone, then there may still be a bar in place on data services on your number.

 

If possible, try your SIM in another Vodafone handset that is able to send MMS, as this will show if there is a problem with your number, or a problem with the phone itself.

STOP!!!!!!

Right your going down the old merry dance !!!

1. If it was working before then you settings are fine

2. Vodafone no the answer to this 

IT'S Your ACCOUNT!!!!!

When Your Cut off all settings in your account are stopped eg Video Calls, 18+ Content and MMS

So when Your Account is now re activated they need to turn these Back on

Now To do this

Customer service Can not do this!!!!

Secound Tier Tecnical Can Or The UK Tecnical only 

 

This is not a Vodafone Rule But a Offcom Rule 

Once they turn this back on it may take 24 hrs to come back on
