Mobile Internet loss with ICS

Hi,

Since upgrading my S2 to ICS, whenever I lose my mobile internet signal I have to restart the phone to get it back again. Anyone else get the same? And is there a way of fixing it?

Nothing else seems to work to get the signal to be recognised again - I've tried toggling flight mode, toggling packet data, changing APN, reselecting operator, etc. No luck with any of them though.

When I upgraded to ICS I did a full reset (#.... on keypad) prior to the upgrade, and then again after the upgrade, so it should be a completely clean install. I've also tried adding in the "Contract" APN as well as the default "WAP" APN as mentioned in another thread, but that didn't help.

Thanks,

Nigel.

Re: Mobile Internet loss with ICS

This sounds like the Rom its self has some how got corrupted

I would follow Soupdragons Guide to rolling it back

http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Samsung-Galaxy-S2/How-To-Roll-Back-to-2-3-3/m-p/972043/message-uid/97...

Or take this in to a service centre and get them to take a look

Re: Mobile Internet loss with ICS

Thanks. It's been working ok over the weekend, but I've beed away from home, so I wonder if it's something to do with the signal rather than the phone?

Anyway, I'll keep an eye on it, and if the worst comes to the worst, get ICS reloaded.
