Re: Not receiving call / Can't make calls

Hi James25

Thank you for your posts.:smileyhappy:

I have checked the local site that you connect with 3195 and can see that our engineers are investigating the 3G services under case ref 2391760.

Please can you continue to use 2G / GSM at this time and we will post back here should we receive any further updates.

Many Thanks

Re: Not receiving call / Can't make calls

Ive been having the same problem where I cant make any calls at all and it wouldnt even dial, just 'CALL ENDED' after a single beep tone.

I cant even send or recieve text message it would say SIM error.

The thing is my phones is a Samsung Galaxy s2 Unlocked from Vodafone, bought of my friend, but Ive been using it perfectly with a t-mobile SIM from Decemeber. This problem just started 2 days ago, but the mobile data works perfectly.

I called T-molbile and they say the problem is with the phone because no SIM works in my phone but my SIM works in other phones. When i try to find out what hardware Im running by dialling #1234# it says Connection error or wrong MMI code????

T-mobile have told me to take it to a T-mobile store, but Im wary whther I should take it to Vodafone because its originally Vodafone?????

Please let me now ASAP and please help!!! Thank you

If you are still in touch with your friend, it would be a good idea to get your friend to try his SIM in the phone.

If you have been sold a faulty or an IMEI blocked blacklisted phone, Vodafone would be unable to help you.  You would need to go back to the seller.
