I have a Samsung Galaxy S2.
Switched my phone back on, but it didn't work.
Battery is fully charged.
Tried a soft reset and a hard reset.
2 weeks ago the usb storage on the phone became corrupted , but I was able to reformat.
I've had the phone since June last year.
Am I ######?
Solved! See solution

Now it can take 14 days
You can take this to a Samsung Service centre
On
http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/location/support
Now don't go to Carphone warhouse
We have a Guy that has just done this and he got his phone back in five days
From what you have said it only sounds like a Firmware issue
That just need reflshing
Try the Roll back on this section don by Soupdragon
You might be able to fix this yourself
The Vodafone service centre is fine But takes ages
Now if the Phone is with in the First 31 Days they will swop the phone for a Graded one
If after then then its your choice

The guy in the shop took out the battery,
took out the sim card and took out the memory card,
left it a few secs, put them back in in reverse order,
held the power button in and it came on ![]()
think he said his name was jesus or something ![]()
no idea why I couldn't get it to work last night or this morning,
feeling very, very relieved
it's surprising how dependant you can become on youe smartphone
