Really slow to start up - but used to be really fast

I'm on my 3rd Galaxy S2 (first two had bad GPS issues). The first 2 phones booted up in seconds, almost immediately. This one takes about 90 seconds. Any ideas what's wrong with it, and how to fix it?
Thanks.

Hi sc_uk_
With every phone that I have had I wouldn't say 90 seconds it particularly slow to turn on. The others phones were faulty and the faster start up could because of this.
The only thing that I would try doing is a factory reset as this can help to make sure everything is cleared.

Well Martin the 3rd phone was faulty as well, so I am now on my 4th and it boots up in seconds, just like the first two.
90 seconds is a sign of a fault IMO, given that 3 out of 4 turn on in about 5 seconds.
Law of averages and all that.
