Samsung Galaxy S2 - Vodafone MMS settings

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone form a third party supplier (i.e. it's unlocked and unbranded). I have been unable to send or received MMS messages since I got it, however I can browse the internet with no problems. Could someone confirm that I have the correct settings on my phone below:

Looks like the settings are correct. My problem was something to do with how my account was configured on the network. I can now send and received MMS messages following a change to my account, but it continues to fail when sending to myself and someone else on Vodafone.

I have said this before but here goes
When you get a new contract MMS is turned off by default
The only Department at Vodafone that can do this are the secound tear Tecnical Not the first line or customer service
this is to comply with offcom rulling even if your last contract you could send you have to ask and it need to be recorded that you have asked
