I am also due for an upgrade. I use the Htc magic but for the past 3 months the phone has been playing up. I receive texts late, phone freezes all the time. At times i am even shy to take someones number cuz it takes forever to open what u want.( it says vodafone on the front)
Hopefully the galaxy s2 will not give up on me. Said the same 2 years ago with the htc magic.
Please can u contact me with upgrade options for the sumsung galaxy s2 cuz i am due.

Also due an upgrade.. plus my satio has finally bitten the dust ... screen given up altogether
and stuck at flight mode question on power up... which can never select out of.
The galaxy s2 does appear to fit my needs
So I was thinking of ending my 15+ year contract with Vodafone... and instead just plumping for a 12 month sim only contract and getting the phone unless you guys can help out and get me a new phone to continue with asap.
Do I wait till you can get them ? Or should I change to a sim only contract and buy phone outright ?
Never argue with an idiot; they'll beat you down through experience.

HI Admins,
Less than a week to go and it's still not up for pre-order with vodafone?
Lagging behind a bit!

Do you know yet if the Vodafone Galaxy 2s will have the Samsung Dual Core processor or the Nvidia one?

Hi Guys
It is brilliant to see so many people who are looking at the Galaxy S 2, from a few things that I have seen, it looks like a great phone.
I don't have any further information than what is already on our coming soon section, if you register for updates, you will get the information as soon as we do here.
Thanks
Martin

Coming soon section? that's pretty much zilch then, they couldn't even be bothered to put a photo on there!
The phone is due to be available in the shops in 5days and vodafone don't seem to know a thing about it! Other sites have had it available to pre-order for weeks.
If I was working for vodafone I would go out of my way to find out the information they know their customers are looking for.

A chap got his last night and he posted pictures...and it was not from Voda. So yes the phone is available as of yestersday.
Why cant vodaphone give a correct date for getting stock in? The other site did.

I'm not impressed at all with Vodafone's handling of the S II. As mentioned before any queries are directed to the 'Coming Soon' section, which can't even seem to have a picture of the phone on it - unless you're lucky enough to be sent an e-mail in reply to your post in this thread. How hard can it be to give a release dat for a product that has already been released? Surely it's not rocket science.
Maybe it would be easier to go to the many other sites that are offering the S II and just cancel my contract with Vodafone

I've been wanting the Galaxy SII for some time now and have put off upgrading my phone since December because of it, but i'm appalled at the lack of information on the Vodafone website. Not only this but when I spoke to someone on the phone I was told that "you shouldn't trust phones4u and any stock that they have got must not be legitimate as everyone is struggling to get a supply" and to be "very careful when dealing with any other company". She went on to blame the "problems in China" referring to an earthquake for hampering supply, which I can only assume meant she was confusing it with Japan and forgetting that Samsung are actually Korean. Now I wouldn't mind as much if she'd have said I don't know and passed me on to someone else rather than fabricating such a ludicrous story.
I understand after reading through the Forum that Vodafone do not contact people when they are out of contract to discuss their account but I feel let down by the lack of information regarding the release date of the handset despite registering for updates. It seems to me that if you still do not know the release date then surely it is going to be a considerable amount of time before it is available? How can Phones4U of all companies manage to get stock but not Vodafone?
Not only this but they are offering some competitive tariffs both on Orange and Vodafone. Can you please tell me a date that I will be able to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy SII through Vodafone and when it will be delivered? If you do not know please say that without blaming a crisis in China. If Phones4U can manage it, anyone can.
