Well the developers have had the sdk for ages to test this app
But its a third party app, and it should not hold you back from updating the amount of phones now getting ics is growing fast
If the app says firmware 2.1 and above in the compatable section you can report them to Google
also if it shows in your apps in the Play store they must of said it works on ics
if it does not it wants taking down
Sky have more then enough money and should of seen this long since just a prime example of a british company
Now if it was affecting Apple oooooooo there would be a public flogging

Hi NDJ
Sky been very clever in their wording on the bottom of the app description:
"Please note that if existing Sky Go Users with V2.2 or 2.3 choose to upgrade to V4.0 they will not be able to stream content through the Sky Go app until the operating system can be fully supported"
How can a company the size of Sky with all there resources not be able to make a small app compatible with a new OS, anyone who watches the F1 Channel seeing all their CGI and gizmo's must be absolutely amazed like me.
Come on Sky, get your act together !!!

Mine is working again as well

Hi Guys
It was working for a few days because Sky released an ICS compatible version by "mistake" and then blocked access to it again.
Please see link below for quote from Sky help forum, although there is no official timescale for release I would presume it won't be too long as the version released by mistake seemed to work pretty much the same as the GB version and there didn't seem to be any bugs.

Hope this helps
