My lock screen shows only the time at the top even though i have set it to display time and weather in the middle.

Changing the settings has no effect at all. Has anyone else had this problem?

So we can test this for you please can you confirm what software you are currently running?

This can be found by calling *#1234#

If you aren’t running the new ICS then I would update this via Kies first and let us know if you still have the same issue.

I've got this problem too.

I can tick the button to enable weather display on the lockscreen but it never gets displayed.

I've had a few occasions where the phone completely hangs when the display is off and I press the power button. The display doesn't wake up and I need to pull the battery out to do a cold reboot.

I've turned off the weather display option to see if it's related to this.

For the record, I'm on the ICS update from Kies, and yes, I factory reset before/after installing.

I'm not sure because I don't have a S2 to test this with, but this is what I would do to try and get it working. So bear in mind it may not work.

• Setup weather widget on Home Screen
• Set location in weather widget
• Set refresh interval in widget
• Exit out of menu
• Restart phone
• Set option for Lockscreen weather
• Restart Phone

Let me know if this works...

I am currently using Golauncher but have switched back to TWLauncher to test this on my SGS2 as I do recall it appearing after I first upgraded to ICS, and, the instructions below work on my phone, I didn't even need to restart the phone.
