unable to receive or send MMS

Have downloaded all settings again and they look ok

get download button, says downloading but nothing happens

it has to be activated by vodafone staff, someone will PM you tomorrow when they see the post as its quite common.

MMS won't recieve via WIFI. You have to be on 3g

tried on wifi, 3g , etc etc nothing

MMS will be turned off on your account and needs turning back on Via Customer service or secound tier tecniocal not first as they will just send you a mms

Customer service can do this but you might need a team leader, Or the Eforum can also sort this out for you

Thanks for your post about being unable to use MMS on your Galaxy SII.

 

Could you text the word 'WEB' to 40127 and let me know if you're still unable to use the MMS service.

 

In the meantime, you could always try sending any photos via email :smileywink:

It may also be worth checking http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Samsung-Galaxy-S2/IMPORTANT-CORRECT-APN-settings-for-Contract-Interne... settings first. Some times I have had to switch between the two and oddly they send and receive.
