What do a Apple narrrrrr
Most no what I want and that's not to follow HTC with a non removable battery
I hope it has a Big Battery like the Note and a SD slot
Dark Blue might be OK, But not like the Nokia that is well Yuck!!!!
I'm Not even keen on white, But I stick a gel case on any how as that stops damage and moisture getting in
I hope we get a choice to shut Touchwiz of and go like the Nexus
But this is supposed to have a new touchwiz and its needed
Ii hope the build has improved as well the S2 was a bit plasticy for me
But If its as good as the Note then it will rock for me
Poor Poor Poor Apple Users

@63johnw
Unfortunately my contract has a couple of months left to run, but it does give me the opportunity to sit back and monitor how the S 3 performs!
I'm really hoping we can acquire one or two for the DLP, it would be awesome to give members an oportunity to try this phone...?
@Nabs
Lol, changing the Name... yeah, now that would be really funny!

I can't wait for the SGS3! Shall be moving on from my HTC Sensation for this mobile. Looks like we'll be getting a 4.8" 720p HD S-AMOLED screen (possibly curved?). The quad core Exynos chipset looks like to be a class leader as well. Just hope it has ample RAM (1GB) and will still support external MicroSD storage to bump up the 16/32GB options.
We'll find out more tomorrow!

Lot of Q's! Here is what I predict the SGS3 will have...
- 4.8" S-AMOLED (non-pentile) screen, 720p resolution
- Quad-core Exynos CPU with newer Mali GPU on a 32/22nm process
- 1GB RAM
- 16/32GB Internal Storage, expandable via MicroSD (SDHC)
- 12MP camera
- GPS, A-GPS, Gyroscope, Compass, Barometer
- 15000mAh user removable battery
- HDMI out via MHL adapter
- ICS 4.0.3 with refined TouchWIZ interface
It should be pretty slim too, however if it is, then perhaps the battery might not be removable.
NFC is up in the air, however there will be new methods to add NFC support to existing phones so it could be a non-issue. One thing I hope they include is a kernel that fully supports USB-OTG. HoneyComb supports it as does ICS but it gets neglected. BT 4.0 would be very welcome as well.
As for the features to remove... Vlingo/Voice Recognition via the double tap of the home button! At least make it user defined to enable the shortcut or not.

@NeoBlade
Nice list...
I read some reports earlier in the year about a possible 2000mAh Lithium-Polymer battery, possibly giving double the life expectancy due to improved gps and wifi scanning?
I have a feeling we may see more than 1GB of Ram. Maybe tied into having dedicated graphics ram?
I would like to see an easily docked configuration, with my interest in running Ubuntu on Phones, that would be a bonus for me.

Boot to Ubuntu/Linux would be very nice as well, as long as its optimised to run at a decent speed and is usable. We should be development on ARM speeding up at a crazy pace now that Microsoft has thrown their weight behind the platform thanks to Windows 8. I wonder about ChromeOS as well... Could be an interesting userspace of things develop.
I welcome a higher capacity battery to be honest, however the Exynos should be pretty power efficient to help negate a lower capacity battery if it were the case. 1GB RAM is the sweet spot atm and without knowing too much about Jelly Bean just yet (Android 5.x?) it could be enough. 1.5GB would be nice or even 2GB however that would drive prices up. If the RAM was unified though then 2GB would make more sense, however it depends on the type and speed of the RAM on offer.
