Samsung TV remote-tab app.
(On my phone) Allshare. (Please help)

I got the allshare to work for about 30 secounds the the samsung Acounts went down the pan

Have not managed to get the all share play to work, seems like you need to sign up to additional web storage (even tho I've now got 50gb more Dropbox space) and it doesn't pick up my ps3 or anything else. Maybe I need a new Samsung smart share tv?

Add to this the inability to correct a word typed after I've started typing another word. Not to mention the 'part time' swype capability and not being able to install swype as a replacement (seen some of the threads here but they have not worked )

arr Have you tried open the Video app then on the top you will see a Tab that says Nearby devices

That should pic up your PS3 the Music has this as well this uses the DNLA

To do the other way 

Click settings then More settings then scroll down to Nearby Devices

This is were you can set your phone up to stream To your PS3 i got this working on my seven year old TV

As a 'real gamer' I have an xbox (apple and Sony are peas in a pod as far ad I am concerned)

I have a Samsung smart tv,less than 9 months old and can't get Allshare to work.I gonna try my Onkyo A/V receiver and see if that will work tomorrow.

To get your TV to see your phone its done in settings>More settings >Nearby devices 

Then Allowed device list ake sure your TV shows there  then at the top turn  on  the file sharing 

Now on your TV open the Allshare app and it will see your phone but your TV Must be on the same Network

The stock music player doesn't always close properly which means I have to force close it.

That allways been the case but on other Galaxy Phones even on the Nexus S eventually it does close
