Lee, I believe I am believe I am still being charged. I have spoke to 191, but really hard .tk explain to them, and can't even say what was resolved as it'sstill exactly the same.

I have purchased 1 song, never came up with free, always the price, but followed it through. Also on the Vodafone music app, I click check credits and it says I have none.

Same happens with me, no one really seems to have a clue what to do or much about it! I was advised to log on to a pc and go through Vodafone music website, register and purchase off there and tranfer to my phone that way!??! This makes no difference and I was still charged, have to phone cs to get the cost refunded tomorrow now.

Hi. I have called 191, after a lengthy time on hold they said they were unable to help and advised I go into a store. I went into the voda store in Trafford centre to speak to their help desk, they disappeared for several minutes simply to tell me just to down load them, up to 25 per month for 4 months. I believe if I do this I will be charged. Also my drop box has not changed to 50 as advised it would. Please advise. Thanks

I have just phoned 191 again and they have also advised just to download the 25 per month for 4 months and phone them to have the charges refunded.

This is exactly what I have been told which means every month phoning to have the charges removed and monitoring that you only download 25, instead of it just changing from free to paid when you have used up the credits. Well this freebie for pre ordering is turning into a royal pain in the .ar.........

I've heard nothing about my free tracks either, could I please have a PM with instructions on how to claim them?

Also, I have a 32GB handset but when I plug it in it's showing the phone capacity to be 25GB...?

Ania , it's showing the right amount, on any phone, the size you get is not the size specified due to space being used. Complicated but correct unfortunately. On the 16.gb we have just under 12.gb
