Hi had my galaxy s 6 from upgrade since 7/7/15. I am unable to send MMS via gallery> share> MMS> contact this keeps coming up cancelled when trying to send. Although I can send when I attach a file to a text. My data connection Is on. My APN settings have been changed numerous times. Also been in contact to vodafone trac team and they can't replicate the issue. Samsung also been contacted but no software issues that they know of.I have had 3 handsets the issue is still there. Vodafone customer relations are now offering me a different model but the s6 the best on the market. Has anyone had this issue?

It's done it since I upgraded to galaxy s6 from s4. The s4 was fine

Have you installed any apps on the S6 that you didn't have on the S4?

Does it still do that after you've done a hard reset on the device?

I started my phone from scratch without installing apps as advised by trac team. Yes completed hard reset doesn't resolve the issue.

From what I've read, the account, network and SIM have all been tested and this is your third model of handset.

 

I've not been able to replicate this in the office, so it may be worth letting us have a look which can be arranged on our Vodafone repairs thread.
