Hi, i have forgotten my password for my Samsung Tocco S5230 Lite which means i cannot view text messages, contacts and call logs. Is there anything i can do to change the password without wiping the phone? If not wiping the phone is a perfectly viable option. If it helps i also know my pincode.

If it's the PIN code for the SIM then if you guess it incorrectly a certain amount of times it'll lock out and ask you for a PUK code (Phone Unlock Key) which you can get from here.

If you've set a code for the device itself then neither Vodafone or the manufacturer would have a way of finding what this is (help article here) so a reset is likely to be the best option

Hi, it is the passcode that i have set myself, not the one on the SIM card, how could i reset my phone without a passcode? Thankyou very much.
