So my wife chose the Ace over the Wildfire S and is off to pick it up today ![]()
Has anyone got any top tips for the initial battery charge or initial phone set up that will help extend the battery life or just make life easier in using the phone?
Anything, however trivial, gratefully accepted!
Thanks,
TT

I would charge the phone to 100% when first bought with the phone OFF.
Then use as normal until a message appears to recharge.
Turn the phone off and charge to 100%
Repeat this 2 more times (total of 3)
From then on just use the phone as normal and DON'T run the phone down. Simply plug in and charge whenever you want (Top up charging)
This Calibrates the phones Battery Statistics Cache which then enables the phone to accurately report battery usage.
To start with battery life may seem small but does improve after a week or so!
Most Smart phones will last One day possibly two, but is very subjective!
