Many thanks for getting back to us and I’m sorry that you are still having this issue.
To be honest I’m not sure when the next update will be pushed through for you as it isn’t ourselves that make the updates.
However can I ask what build you are currently on?
This can be found in settings – about phone.
If you can let me know this we may be able to look at this in more details for you.

Thank you for your posts and the additional information.
I can see that you are currently running the latest software and I have checked all our information and this is the first time we have come across this fault however it is not that particular device if it happened on a previous one also.
Have you downloaded any applications that you can think of on each device before this issue occurred? Apps will not normally affect the devices settings however it has been known.
Please can you backup all of your contacts and information and perform a factory reset again to see if this reverts back to normal and to see how long for whilst making notes of any additional applications on the device, you can find step by step guides for this on our Help Centre. .
If we can get 5 seperate examples of this we can raise this to our supprt teams so if anyone else is reading this and is experiencing the same fault please do not be shy.
