i have an issue where i am not receiving a group SMS sent from a specific number? Any one have any ideas or have the same issue. If i get sent a standard text from this number i receive it ok.

Ummm i have herd of networks blocking people sending them but not reciving, it may be the person sending this 

I have just tried this and i recive them ok

try re loging back on to the network just in case

Wouldn't a group SMS get converted to an MMS...?

Maybe that's the problem?

Try sending yourself an MMS to see if it comes through. If not then maybe it needs to be activated on your account?

Perhaps N-dj has some thoughts on this...?

ummm possible it could be a mms, as soup said tey sending a mms

does the message say downloading ????

Following your advice i went to check my network stetting, it was set to vodafone post-pay ISP and none of the MMS settings were there, so i've found them and entered them manually, will wait and see now if i receive the texts.

You may find MMS is turned off on youre account !!!
