It would be great if it hit the Nexus One & S!

Nexus S definitely, Nexus One who knows, but it's hardware is up to the job so there is no reason not to. Even if Google don't CyanogenMod will.

There's a Google/Samsung announcement on 11th October promising the announcement of something big... Possibly the new Nexus... On the back of this they'll also probably announce ICS and what they plan to do with regards to cascading it down to older handsets.
