Hi Karenj,
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems
There are two different types of memory on phones these days - the storage memory, where files are kept (including the memory card), and Application Memory, which is reserved specifically for running programs. The error you're getting will be referring to the Application Memory, so it would be worth closing down any open applications, or resetting the phone by removing and replacing the battery.
If you still get a memory error after this, it would indicate a problem with the actual game itself.
With the "invalid format" error, it sounds like the game may not be compatible with this phone. Did you download it from Vodafone Live! or elsewhere? Always make sure that your phone make and model is listed before downloading any programs to your phone, as compatibility is not gauranteed. If you're sure it's compatible, I would contact the software vendor directly for further assistance.
I trust this helps
We're always looking for feedback on how we're handling queries for customers, so if you want to leave any on how I've handled your query today, then if you want, you can go here and complete the quick form.
