Mobile internet not working

Hi,

 

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100. I bought a pay as you go flatrate but my mobile internet is not working. I have already tried the manual settings from this website as well as the settings which you receive via sending a SMS with WEB to Vodafone.

 

I have no idea what I can still try. Can anybody help me with that?
