Problems with setting up my voicemail on S3 Mini

Hi,

 

I am having problems setting up my voicemail. When I dial 1211 to activate it, it always tells me that it isn't possible to connect me to the voicemail service. I tried dialling 1210 to disconnect it in case it had been connected already, but I'm getting the same message. And the same message appears when I dial 121. I'm on Pay As You Go, but that shouldn't make a difference. Maybe someone has had the same problem in the past and can help?
