hi there
i have had my phone for just over a year now and the screen seems to be losing its sensitivity/touch ability, which is very annoying! when it eventually lets me click on something, it clicks the wrong thing/link/whatever im trying to access, usually whatever is underneath or above what im trying to click on! and the keyboard is the same, i try to click on an S and it gives me an A or i try to click O and it gives me I...quite frustrating
Is anyone else having/had this problem or know what i can do? i ensure the screen is clean but it doesnt seem to make a difference
any ideas greatly appreciated!

Hi Shazmatazz,
Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.
To be honest with you, from what you have said it does sound like a fault with the sensors under the screen.
With this type of issue the first thing to do would be to send you handset away for a free of charge warranty repair.
I would get this done first and if you still have the same issue after it has been returned, please let me know so we can see what other options we have open for you.
