Hi All
I hope you read this post as it is very important. I had an H1 SAMSUNG Vodafone for about a year and had nothing but problems. After no joy with customer services, who were passing me to pillar and post and didn't have a clue on how to fix my numerous problems and returning my phone on 2 occasions I still was no nearer to getting my phone fixed or a new one.
I then read a post who said google CEO Vodafone and send the customer relations an e-mail saying you are happy with vodafione but just want a phone that does what it says on the box. Its the address that starts with capaigns.vodafone, hopefully 2 days later you will receive a call from a nice gentleman offering you a phone of your choice within reason of what kind of contract you have.
The gentleman that I spoke to said the phone has continuous problems that will never be fixed and the phone is a waste of time and not worth the time or effort trying to fix it.
So get e-mailing I promise they will phone you back with an offer of a new phone.
Good luck let me know how you all get on

ok folks,
I'm going to post this only once, but where have you all been everyone is saying there H1 and M1 AND USELESS WHICH IS TRUE, I had one and for about 6 months had nothing but problems so a heap of us started e-mailing the CEO and giving our life stories and 24hrs later we get a call from customer operations offering me a new phone as they say they should never have relaesed the H1 AND m1 as it has too many bugs and wont be fixed and is way too slow for the current market. Google CEO vodafone 2nd or 3rd one down with guy lawrence and hopefully you will get a new phone. I got and HTC desire and am more than happy with it.

Hi Moderators/Admin team,
My M1 has stopped receiving push emails. I have called the telephone support teams but no success. i have tried all the things that used to fix the pre-software update but none work. If i log into the website (360) and refresh then it works but i don't want to /can't manually do this during work. Some Vodafone telephone staff say 360 isn't being supported anymore, others said it is being overhauled. Could you help please? I have been without this key function for about 3 months now. I am at the point of leaving vodafone despite years of previously excellent customer care.
Thanks,
Simon

Hi simonhill1
Welcome to the eForum!
Hmm that's strange that you have been told that 360 isn’t supported anymore, I
can confirm this is not the case 360 is still supported.
This does sound like a fault with the service. I'd like to raise this for you.
So that I can do this, could you reply back to the email I've just send and I
will look into this issue for you.
Thanks
BenJ

Simon
email CEO and get another phone, read my post from before the H1 & M1 should never have been released as they are uselss and stop working all the time, in the 10 months I had the phone it only worked for 4, don't waste your time and energy on customer services as they dont have a clue, get yourself another phone by e-mailing the CEO.

My M1 had the same issues too. It's been like a year since I abandoned it cause it was just too irritating to use anymore. After a 6 month use it started freezing upon sending messages and generally when i was on the apps screen. After it froze a dozen of times one day it just stuck on the ''Vodafone 360'' loading screen and that was it.I even let it open all night long and in the morning it still was frozen on the loading screen.Since the guarantee is now over i will have to pay to fix it plus i'll lose any photos e.t.c.Worst phone ever
