Hi there guys so recently my samsung note 3 got device got looked because of vodafone protect app now i don't know pin and i can't even reset becuase i forgot my email id password so i can reset so guys please help me out how can i unlock my phone now?
In the first instance, try talking to 191 or Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) and see if they can do a password reset for you. If that fails, drop a note back here and the Tech Team should be able to help, but that'll take longer.
