Hi, don't know if you can help, but I seem to be having trouble accessing the BBC website at the moment. Until last week, I had no problems, though! I use the Opera Mini browser, but when I try to navigate to the site, it always displays an 'error' page saying "Connection to news.bbc.co.uk Failed". A similar page appears if I try to navigate to other BBC pages. The strange thing is that if I visit the same site using the phone's built in browser, this is fine! I've deleted my History but this makes no difference, so I don't know whether it's an issue with my phone, the browser, Vodafone or the website, but it's getting really annoying! Can anyone offer any assistance?

If the Stock Browser is working on your Phone, it is neither the Phone the Web site nor Vodafone!

This would point to an issue with Opera Mini.

Uninstall Opera Mini and install it again.

Firstly, sorry about the duplicate post. Thanks for your reply, though. This might very well be the case as I'm now getting the same issue when accessing parts of the Amazon website as well. I don't have any problems uninstalling the browser, but how do I then reinstall it again? I originally got it from a text I received from Vodafone.

You can get the browser from the Google Play store for free

Hi, thanks for your reply, but this is not "solved"! I've just had a look at the Google Play website, but it says that the app requires Android, which I haven't got on my phone. What do I do instead?

Hi, I've tried searching under both of these terms on Google. Although there is a Samsung apps site, I couldn't find Opera Mini on there, and my phone didn't seem to be supported. Have you got a link to the site you're referring to? And is it the Vodafone version of Opera Mini?

Hi, and thanks once again! Strangely this issue appears to have resolved itself, without the need for me to reinstall the Opera Mini browser, as I've had no problems accessing the website for a few days. However, I'll keep a note of the address where I can download it, should I need it in future.
